How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time for prints is typically 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday). As a small business, we are working our hardest to get everything out as quickly as possible for you AND for us! Thank you in advance for choosing to shop small & making our day that much brighter. Handmade takes time!

CANVAS (framed & unframed) orders may take up to 5 additional business days. We work with another small business for canvas printing & shipping, so we have to be flexible with their work load during busy seasons.

CUSTOM works, such as commissioned illustrations, are subject to longer production time, as seen fit by the artist. Each work is carefully handcrafted by Amber Eldredge.

How can I track my order?

Good news - we provide tracking on every order! All order fulfillment & tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, with a few exclusions.

We cannot ship jigsaw puzzles, 16x20" prints, or any canvas prints internationally. The weight of these items makes shipping expensive & difficult to get through customs without damages.

Any STANDARD print sizes (4x6, 5x7, 8x10, & 11x14") are shipped flat, & keep international shipping costs low. We recommend ordering with friends, family, or neighbors & splitting the cost of shipping!

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Return Policy

What is your return / cancellation policy?

During sitewide sales, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We can change addresses (or general information) if needed, but we cannot cancel / change specific items in an order.

As a small shop & family, we cannot process any returns or cancellations, unless under extenuating circumstances - since we know some things are out of your control. Please send an email to and we can work together to figure out the best thing for both of us!

Can I exchange a print?

We offer in-person exchanges only - our headquarters are located Provo, Utah. Email to set up a time to come in & exchange your prints!

Because return shipping can be complicated & end in damage to the prints, we can't accept any mailed back orders.

Prints & Production

Sustainability Practices

We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ink & paper available! These prints are rated to last 200-400 years. That means you can rest easy knowing your prints will last for generations to come — high quality lasts longer!

All our fine art prints are printed on 100% cotton paper — sourced ethically & sustainably. Our paper suppliers promise "to make effective use of used paper & other recycled pulp. When virgin cotton is used as a raw material in paper goods we procure, we confirm its legality, sustainability, chemical safety, & environmental impact."

All 4x6" prints are printed on 100% cotton paper made from cotton linters. These linters are considered "recovered fibers" by the EPA. By using linters, paper production is putting to use what would have become waste. It's a win for the environment and a win for you!

How are your prints made?

Our goal is to create beautiful, affordable artwork & prints for you to display, share, & cherish for years to come! We carefully print our images so that you will never get tired of seeing them.

4x6” bulk sets are printed with archival inks on high quality, 100% recycled cotton, smooth fine art paper. Slightly thinner & smoother than our standard size fine art prints. 300 gsm

5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, & 18x24" are printed on heavyweight archival, textured fine art paper. 100% cotton cold press watercolor, with museum-quality ink that will last for 200+ years. 360 gsm

All fine art prints are made in-house & cut by hand. Each print is manually checked by Amber to make sure it's perfect for you!

How do you pack my prints?

We take pride in shipping with as many recyclable materials as possible! Your prints will be packaged carefully in a bend-proof cardboard mailer, with a cardboard backer, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent scratches & dust. Each package will be stamped with “do not bend” to ensure your orders arrive perfect & ready to frame!

Bulk + sale prints are shipped in a plastic sleeve for the ease of sorting. Puzzles are shipped in poly bubble mailers, or recyclable cardboard boxes.

Large-format prints are rolled & shipped in a triangle mailer for extra protection. Shipped separately from smaller prints in the same order.

How are your canvas prints made?

Canvas prints are made, stretched, & framed by hand in the U.S. We've partnered with another small business we love & trust to print + ship your canvases with care!

Gallery (unframed) canvas prints are wrapped with a 1.25" edge & ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger.

Framed canvas prints are wrapped with a 1.5" edge, with your choice of gold, white, or black framing. Or 1.25" edge, with natural oak or walnut framing. Floater frames are a distinctive framing choice that gives the illusion of the artwork floating inside the picture frame, a beautiful visual detail to elevate your print & space! Ready to hang with a wire finish. Perfect for gifting!

All canvases are finished & wrapped with a mirror image, for a seamless look from the face of the canvas to the sides.

Printed on thick archival grade, poly-cotton canvas for durability for years to come! Canvas is pH neutral, acid-free, & will not yellow over time.
